We provide a facilitated framework for professional development and fun working
together. Our aim is to promote a day where team building takes place alongside the
presentation of professional results, the improvement of problem solving skills and
the enhancement of individual knowledge.
The problem it solves
Are you just learning about Agile? Or perhaps you have managed to "Agilize" part of the
organization and need to improve collaboration and increase involvement with "non-Agile" areas?
Or would you like to expand your Agile toolkit and try out what works? Perhaps you have specific
organizational problems you'd like that teams solve them together?
Target We offer the opportunity to experiment with new methods in a safe environment
where participants can try out agile methods that help shape mindsets at team
and organizational level. We will strengthen team alignment through fun team
building activities using tools for collaborative learning and problem solving.
Realization
After a joint methodological preparation, we will develop the concept to support the whole
professional day. We will propose different sessions to ensure the presentation of professional
results, the improvement of problem solving skills and team building, in addition to the
enhancement of individual knowledge. After discussing the planned agenda, we will coach key
players and facilitate the event throughout the day.
Off-site training If you are interested in our outsourced training, please contact us directly.
Through demos, group workshops, mini trainings, simulation exercises
(e.g. XP game, Kanban game, ball point game, Jedi 21.) and other
variations of facilitation techniques, we support the team in
brainstorming/thinking/working together in a fun one-day team building
session.
We provide frameworks for small groups to deepen their understanding of
an individual or organizational problem (e.g.: people in the
organization bring their cases to be solved and work through them using
group coaching techniques), and even try to solve a seemingly impossible
task in a playful way.
In larger groups, practical tools and practices are presented that
participants can try out the following day (e.g. Management 3.0 tools).
Realizable benefits
Results can be presented transparently at the whole organization;
Provides the opportunity for group learning, which accelerates the organization's
ability to learn and react (e.g. Scrum roles, story splitting, user story,
prioritisation techniques);
Furthermore, it expands the toolbox of colleagues, ensuring that individual competences
are made aware within the team.
